Returns, Refund & Replacement Policy
we've got a super-easy hassle-free returns process!
Return your item(s) back to us within 14 days and you'll receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s). If you're outside the UK, you have
All you have to do is make sure the item(s) are in the same condition as you received them. In case you're not sure, here's the low down hun:
- the item(s) are unworn, unwashed and make-up free
- the item(s) still have the tags attached
- shoes have been tried on indoors and show no sign of wear
- beauty items and earrings are not able to be returned for hygiene reasons
Now that's sorted the next steps are easy.....
To make sure we can process your return as quickly as possible, make
sure you fill out the return form we sent with your order. Want an
exchange? No problem for us, just fill out the exchange box with the
colour and size you would like and we'll look you up. Sorry, but we're
only able to offer exchanges for UK customers just now and we can only
offer exchanges on item(s) once per order.
Return the item(s) in their original packaging with the tags still
intact. We have made it super-easy by including a pre-paid label with
Stick the label to the front of your return parcel and take it to any
Post Office counter.
Don't forget to ask for a certificate of postage and keep it safe until
we confirm receipt of your item - it'll also allow you to track your
return with Royal Mail.
Using this label will cost you just £2.50 which we deduct from your
refund amount. This is often cheaper than using Royal Mail yourself,
plus it's fully tracked and and insured too! Really sorry but this is

Prefer to return it your own way? You do you gal! Unfortunately, we're
unable to refund postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service too
in case your parcel gets lost on the way back to us. Please return it

Once we've sorted your return, you'll receive a confirmation email. It
can take up to 3-5 working days The amount is appear into your account.
Your refund will be minus the original delivery charge and we're unable
to refund any costs associated with you returning the item(s).
